"Mary Ellen taught me how to be aware of the impacts of different foods, portion sizes, and eating strategies. Something I never really paid attention to. When I lost weight before, I would just exercise more and eat less. Now that exercising more isn’t as effective as what it was when I was younger, knowing the impacts of different foods is really making the difference. With Mary Ellen’s help, I can lose weight without feeling hungry. AND without looking like less of a “man”! I’m still eating restaurant food with my kids. I’m still drinking beer with my friends.
