My Sugar Free Year - Day 76

I think I’ve gotten a hold of the resort’s restaurant menus and what dishes have no sugar and what contains added sugar.  Yesterday we all had fresh fruit, potatoes and an egg for breakfast, then for lunch I had a house salad with grilled shrimp, no dressing, and for dinner a quinoa and grilled veggie bowl. 
 
We’re leaving early this morning with cold salmon (left over from last night’s dinner), apples and water bottles to go in the car for breakfast. Everyone agreed we’d save the salmon in order to avoid stopping later at a fast-food place along the way. No Mickey-D’s for us.
 
It will be a long day of travel, and I’m ready to go packed with my healthy snacks.
