I’ve decided to write a “quit sugar” group coaching course to be launched in the spring 2022.  I know that sounds like a long time away, but I’m starting from scratch with what I want to put out there to those who want help with feeling and getting better physically and mentally.  
 
Purpose of Group Program 

·      Get support to quit sugar
·      Learn about harmful sugars and hidden sugars in processed foods
·      Get help and support to change your diet for better physical and mental health and longevity – benefits: weight loss, blood sugar control
·      Prevent and reverse chronic conditions and disease – metabolic disorders such as insulin resistance, prediabetes, diabetes, hypertension, heart disease
·      Improve mental health anxiety and depression
·      Potentially reduce pharmaceutical spend
·      Learn to meal plan for more home cooking and less processed food
·      Learn strategies for managing low sugar in your life
·      Get no added sugar recipes to continue to enjoy sweet whole foods in your life
 
Who is the program for?
·      Anyone who is addicted to sugar
·      Anyone who wants to eat better for physical and mental health
o   feel less anxious, or depressed
o   feel more control when it comes to food
o   lose weight
o   have more energy
o   avoid or reverse chronic health conditions and disease
o   improve their skin appearance and health
 
I’ve got 5 slots for the Beta program, so let me know if you are interested in committing to learning, being part of a group program for 8 weeks, doing the assignments, and providing constructive feedback.
