Day 90
No sugar issues today as we were all home working and trying to clean out the fridge of leftovers. Chicken, salmon, squash, broccoli, cauliflower. We were eating it all up.
I’m excited about the quit sugar course I’m writing, and have gotten some nice response from those who are interested in volunteering for the Beta course.
But in the meantime, I’m going to put a 2-week sugar detox meal program together with recipes, a shopping list, a prep guide, and live cooking and prepping for the 2 weeks. Of course, all of the recipes will be sugar free, but will support your detox with whole foods including natural sugars in fruits and vegetables. I’ll launch this in January right after the new year, so let me know if you are interested in the 2-week sugar detox and I’ll put you on the list for more information as we get closer.
Committing to this sugar free year has brought lots of opportunity for more health education, programming, connection and collaboration. I’m busy, and at the same time energized!
